Jose Mourinho said in documentary about him that there is no sleep before big games. Documentary was made by Jose's good friend Nuno Luz.
In this documentary, Mourinho was talking about details from his career. It also includes testimonies from some of the players he has coached including Cristiano Ronaldo, Marco Materazzi, Dejan Stankovic, Javier Zanetti and Frank Lampard, as well as Real Madrid President Florentino Pérez.
In the documentary Mourinho confesses:
"I cannot sleep before big games. For example, before the semi-finals and final of the Champions League which I won with Inter I spent the night before watching videos of our opponents."
